Structural Performance of Modular Sandwich Composite Floor Slabs Containing Basalt FRP-Reinforced Self-Compacting Geopolymer Concrete

چکیده

A newly developed innovative steel–geopolymer concrete composite floor slab for use in modular construction is investigated this study. We present experimental results on the flexural behaviour of eight sandwich slabs with different configurations containing self-compacting geopolymer (SCGC) as infill and Basalt FRP (BFRP) bars reinforcement. The sustainable material such SCGC non-corrosive BFRP proposed beneficial from perspective environmental sustainability. This study also compares performance these against their hollow counterparts. overlap between cells multi-cell panels acts additional partitioning walls. offers significant advantages by improving load-carrying capacity. critical analysis load displacement, failure modes, strain conducted. concludes that multiple smaller materials exhibit a sound structural performance, reporting 6–8 times higher capacity than comparison infilled shows are suitable slabs. At same time, former more temporary formworks, shelter, pedestrian platform applications.
